Payment at the time service provided is requested.
Please contact your insurance company to verify your mental / behavioral health coverage of this service location.

A statement can be provided that may be submitted to your insurance carrier for your allowable reimbursement if your insurance carrier is not credentialed with this office. This office would be considered an Out of Network Provider for that Insurance Company. If you cannot afford the full fee, a sliding scale may be available.

Rate:

• $150.00 1 hour initial Evaluation
• $120.00 45-50 minute counseling session

Current In Network insurance carriers:

Aetna, Mental Health Consultants, Preferential Care Network, UBH, Highmark, Value Options, ATAP, and Cigna

Medicare (Christopher Diggles)

Payment options:

Personal checks, cash and Venmo are accepted. Credit cards are currently not accepted.

Returned Checks: There is a processing fee of $25 assessed for each returned check to cover the charges we incur.

Cancellations:

There is a $100 cancellation charge for any cancellation that occurs less than 24 hours prior to appointment.
